Some dates require a two-night minimum stay.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to our limited availability, unless we can re-book the rooms with other
guests, we are unable to provide refunds if cancellations are made less than
five (5) days prior to arrival date.
Holiday, Special Events, Groups & Wedding Party Cancellations: All holiday, special event, group reservations, and wedding party reservations (Dickens' On the Strand Festival, Mardi Gras, etc) a deposit of your first night stay will be charged at time of reservation. This is a non-refundable deposit. A 15% transaction fee will apply to all cancellations occuring prior to the fourteen (14) day cancellation period.

All guests must be at least 18 years of age, with one adult at least 21 years old.
We cannot accommodate pets.
The Inn and ALL guest suites are NON-SMOKING. Smoking is only permitted outside the inn. A cleaning fee of $150 will be assessed on any room that does not adhere to the Inn's smoking policy.
Gift Certificates are available in any amount payable with credit card and mailed directly to the recipient or purchaser.
